Save the Harbor Save the Bay, the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation, and Quincycles invite you to celebrate Quincy’s coastline on your bike. We are hosting 2 rides on the same day and providing lunch and a commemorative t-shirt for up to 75 registered riders.  Pick your ride — a longer route along the entire Quincy shoreline or a shorter route along the Squantum shoreline — and join us! Please register here.

LONG RIDE DETAILS:

WHEN: June 11, 7:15am

WHERE: Anderson Bicycle, 380 Washington Street, Quincy

LONG ROUTE (approximately 23 miles): This longer more strenuous ride will start at 7:15 am and meet at Anderson Bicycle, 380 Washington Street, Quincy. We will ride the Quincy Shoreline via Quincy Point, Adams Shore Germantown, Houghs Neck and Merrymount Communities and then along Wollaston Beach. It is our goal to maintain a pace of 12mph and minimize stops during this ride. We will meet up with the Short Ride group at 9:30 and continue around the coast of Squantum as described below. Afterward, the first 75 registered riders are invited to join us for a catered lunch provided by Gaveston’s Deli courtesy of Save the Harbor Save the Bay.

Please review our Ride Guidelines prior to the ride.

This event is part of an Inter-neighborhood Ride Series co-sponsored by DotBikes, Mattapan Food and Fitness, Roxbury Rides, and Quincycles.
